Shipping

For custom-made items and ready made items, shipping lead time will be discussed upon order confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and details on how to track it.

Shipping Methods

For samples and/or small orders, we use various shipping providers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and SF to ship your orders by air freight.

For orders above 500 kg/1500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries, with FOB, CIF, or door-to-door payment terms.

Do note that delivery time will vary, depending on the delivery method and location. Delivery via sea freight takes longer than air freight.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applicable and are specific to your destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

De Wei International is not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed in customs and we are not able to refund such orders. In this case, we advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any custom clearance issues.

Should your shipment be refused or returned to us, all customs charges/fees will be charged to you and you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by De Wei International.

In the event that your country’s customs department requires additional information to clear your shipment for delivery, such as an invoice or commercial invoice, you can find a copy of that in your email. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Insurance

By default, shipments are not insured. For instances where shipments are missing or stuck in your destination country’s customs, De Wei International is not liable for any losses after the goods have been handed over to the shipper.

We advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any lost or damaged shipment issues.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At De Wei International, we are confident of our quality and take it very seriously. If you find any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your items.

Should there be any concerns about the quality of the product, please contact us with your order number and high-quality photos of the issues.
